This course is designed to teach you the elements of a Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS). The concepts and skills you will learn will help you better understand failures and the reporting required to eliminate or control those failures, as well as the internal training required to implement the program. You will come away from this course with seven steps that you can follow to enable a continuous improvement process for eliminating and mitigating asset failures, resulting in optimized asset health, which leads to reduced cost and increased output.
