DESCRIPTION:
During this seminar, the organization will be developing a common understanding of the ODR process, as well as making some critical decisions that will form the foundation of the ODR process moving forward.
RECOMMENDED AUDIENCE:
Area managers, supervisors, superintendents, and leaders from within the facility who will have direct impact with the ODR process should attend. Strong consideration should be given to inviting the facility general manager who will promote and support the ODR process moving forward. During the initial leaders seminar, the following personnel are required to attend and participate in the development of the standards that will govern the ODR process at your facility:
