This workshop is designed to build a business case for reliability improvement using both cost reduction and revenue enhancement as your key drivers. Through practical exercises aimed at building your solution, this course is designed to examine how reliability improvements impact:

• Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Six Sigma
• Process Reliability
• Maintenance Costs
• Asset Health

Maintenance cost reduction is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the value that reliability improvement brings to your business. Most companies recognize 1.5-8 times greater financial gain by eliminating process losses than they do by reducing maintenance costs.

Asset Performance Indicator (API) focuses on maximizing the earned value of each asset by evaluating the impact of both asset-related losses and process losses through a methodology called Transformational Analytics.
